Shipping rates
- Orders $199 and over: free shipping
- Orders under $199: $19.99 flat rate
Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Custom-built and special-order items take longer, and we'll contact you with an estimated ship date.
Delivery
We ship within the United States. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Large or heavy items may ship by freight truck, and we may contact you to arrange delivery.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking information.
Damaged or missing shipments
Please inspect your order when it arrives. For freight deliveries, check the shipment before you sign for it and write any damage on the delivery receipt. If anything arrives damaged, is missing, or is wrong, email us right away at sales@americanpsfl.com.
